Order Processing

I process 90% of my orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, however I am a small art business and sometimes run into problems (one time I tried to ship a painting so big that UPS wouldn’t take it). So since this is my legal document I will say 1-10ish business days. But please don’t worry. I never plan to let an order sit.

Shipping

We ship all artwork carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Method: USPS Priority Mail

  • Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after shipping

  • Cost: Free shipping on orders over $50; 

International Shipping (only offered on a case by case basis):

  • Estimated delivery: 10-14 business days after shipping

  • Cost: Calculated based on destination and package size

  • Note: Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Commission Orders

Custom artwork requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping. Custom pieces typically take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and size and calendar. I will work with you to figure out timelines.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order, we will refund the full amount paid.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In case of damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. This has only happened 2 different times in all my thousands of orders and I’ve refunded / replaced the art and the customer(s) were both satisfied and have continued to come back. 

Website and Security

We take the security of your payment information seriously. Our website is built on Squarespace, which provides a secure platform for e-commerce. For payment processing, we use Stripe and PayPal, both of which are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant payment processors. This means that when you make a purchase, your sensitive payment data is handled directly by these secure platforms, not by our business. Squarespace, Stripe, and PayPal all use HTTPS encryption to protect your information during transmission. By utilizing these trusted services, we ensure that your payment details are processed and stored securely, adhering to the highest industry standards for data protection.

Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the data necessary to process your orders and provide you with the best possible service. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We do not have access to or store your full payment information, as this is securely handled by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal.We use your personal information solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and to send occasional updates about our products or services. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our website uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and analyze site traffic. You can adjust your browser settings to manage cookie preferences. As our website is hosted on Squarespace, all data is handled in accordance with their privacy policy. Similarly, Stripe and PayPal process payment data according to their respective privacy policies.
