📋 It’s the time of the year when we call on our friends, families and communities to join together and make the workload manageable for all. I love cultivating a community of support around me (both online and IRL) and a big part of that is delegating responsibilities to my three kids and asking for support from those around me. My husband and I share the making of meals, the driving to and from activities and the one-on-one time spent with our three kids. We also LOVE to host others in the spirit of collaboration. ALL of those systems are in place because of the support of those around us.
